Client premises require suitable and sufficient fire and security arrangements to be maintained as part of a facilities management program in accordance with the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work Act, Safety, Health & Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations and The Private Security Services Act.
Compliance with Standards including ISEN 54 Fire Alarm & Fire Detection Systems, IS 3218 Fire Detection and Alarm Systems for Buildings and ISEN 50131Intruder Alarm Systems, amongst others, will allow clients to demonstrate their statutory obligations are being met.
Legislation and standards are enforced by external regulatory bodies including the Health & Safety Authority (HSA) and The Private Security Authority (PSA).
Utilise Group in association with our contract partners ADM Security have created a joint venture operating under the Utilise Fire and Security trade name. ADM are a registered PSA contractor Registration Number 00537 for the installation & maintenance of Security Equipment.

Utilise Fire and Security operate an annual maintenance program that meets the requirements of the relevant standards that incorporate a quarterly service call to ensure all elements of clients fire and security systems are maintained.
