Peter trained as an Accountant with SWS in Bandon. After completing his training he worked with ODCL in Limerick in their Tax Department. There he mainly worked with construction firms advising them on how to structure their trading and construction firms in a tax efficient manner. From there he went on to join Ernst & Young. He worked as a Manager in their Income Tax department. He then Joined Utilise Group in 2012 as their Director of Finance. Peter has a vast experience in working with construction and Utility companies, and he has an intimate knowledge of Tax and Finance in this area.

Patrick has over 30 years' experience within the pipelines sector and has an in depth understanding of the construction, maintenance and repair process within the water and gas industry. Pat is a Utilise Group appointed Training Assessor and has excellent communication teamwork skills while effective at resolving issues and achieving challenging goals, in which exhibiting an excellent work ethic and time management expertise.

Bernadette has over 25 years’ experience within the Occupational healthcare sector. She has much experience providing Occupational Health Services and Training within O rganisations. This includes combining both her practical and theoretical experience in order to meet current business needs, medical guidelines and providing an active role in the promotion of health and safety among workers. Bernadette is a Utilise Group appointed Training Consultant and has excellent communication, teamwork and risk management skills. Bernadette is an approved IOSH Managing Safely tutor.

Gerry has many years’ experience within the Health and Safety and Information Technology sectors. He possesses a strong ability to perform effectively and meet demanding targets. Gerry is a Utilise Group appointed Training Consultant, Assessor and his skills include: training and induction; Health and Safety; Facilities Management; Information Technology; manufacturing and warehousing. Gerry is an approved IOSH Managing Safely tutor.

Ciara is currently a student at University College Cork studying a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Ciara has volunteer experience in business development at her local tennis club in which she helped develop the junior department in the club through the organisation of events and promotions. Ciara joined Utilise in February 2015 as a Business administration Intern in which responsibilities include research and development, social media and general administration work.
